90 Minute New Patient Appointment
This session includes an intake process which includes a thorough medical history and postural analysis followed by a 1 hour hands-on Myofascial Release treatment. This process allows for me to understand your whole body in the context of your symptoms. With this information we then discuss further treatment recommendations. I may give you homework to do at home before your next session. We will go over all this at the end of your session.

1 Hour Follow Up Session
We will quickly go over anything you would like to share about what you have experienced in your body since last session, how you are feeling that day and another postural analysis.

90 minute Follow Up Session
The session is the same as the 1 hour with more time connecting with your body. I recommend this session for anyone who has a hard time staying connected or takes longer to come into their body or just feels they need more time.
